High Modernism on San Francisco’s Potrero Hill: Carolina & 22nd Street residences
At a peak on Potrero Hill, clinging precipitously to a steep drop of 22nd Street between Carolina and De Haro, a spectacular duplex home is being built. Here it is, seen in the first photograph in February 2006 in raw plywood; and then in July 2006, with much of its Brazilian Ipe wood and stucco siding in place.
